ALUMNI CHAPTERS Alumni chapters provide graduates with the opportunity to connect with other alumni in their area and stay updated on what is taking place on Duquesne’s campus no matter where they live. Chapters also provide an easy way for alumni to come together in a friendly environment. Alumni chapters host periodic social, networking and service events. They bring together Duquesne graduates, encourage alumni activities in the community and promote the interests and welfare of Duquesne University. Current and former parents, friends and donors are often included in chapter happenings. Often there are areas of alumni in a city or region that are not large enough to support a chapter; however, these areas are locations the University will host annual or biannual events. Current and former parents, friends and donors are included in regional alumni programming activities. Also, alumni interested in hosting an event in their region might be interested in the Alumni Event in a Box program. For more information, or if you are interested in helping to plan an event in your area, please contact the Office of Alumni Relations at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 412-396-6209.
