Duquesne University has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to process transcript requests. For more information please visit the registrar’s website or email registrar@duq.edu.

Your D-number is used to access the online community and can be provided by the Office of Alumni Engagement. Please call us at 412-396-6209 or email at alumnionline@duq.edu to obtain your constituent ID number.

Please email us with your new contact information at alumnionline@duq.edu or you may login to our website and update your contact information.

You are able to report the death of a Duquesne graduate by calling our office at (412) 369-6209 or by emailing us at alumnionline@duq.edu. We will need the date of death and if there is an obituary being posted/online or in a local paper for verification.

There are two different scholarships available for legacy students: Need-based and Merit.

Duquesne License Plates are available for PA and MD.

Herff Jones is the official ring provider to Duquesne University. To order a Duquesne ring, alumni can call or email Vince Rodi, who is our Herff Jones representative. He can be reached at: (412) 331-2562 or vincerodi@yahoo.com.

Yes. Please report your lost Duquesne ring by emailing us detailed information about your ring and include your contact information to: alumnionline@duq.edu. We keep a database of lost ring information and will contact you if someone has found your ring. If you have found a Duquesne ring, please email us at alumnionline@duq.edu and we will try to return the ring to its original owner.

We are unable to release contact information for our alumni for privacy reasons, however if we have the contact info for the people/person you are looking for, we can reach out to them and give them your contact information. All graduates are automatically members of the Duquesne University Alumni Association. There is no membership card or annual fee to become a member. The School of Law, School of Nursing and Pharmacy School all have separate alumni associations with various fees associated with their programs. For more information on those alumni groups, please contact your school directly.
