Under the leadership of President Ken Gormley, Duquesne has charted a course toward bigger goals. IGNITE–the most ambitious comprehensive campaign in the University’s history—will ensure the resources necessary to realize Duquesne’s full promise and potential to serve students and the world.
Fifty years ago, Duquesne’s Iron Dukes celebrated a national championship. It marked not only the culmination of a five-year odyssey for the students who resurrected intercollegiate football on the Bluff, but also the beginning of lifelong friendships and traditions that endure to this day.
