The Duquesne University Alumni Association is pleased to offer specialty license plates in both Pennsylvania and Maryland. The instructions and application for both plates can be found below.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has resumed the processing of specialty plates and we are now accepting applications. We do our best to collect and process applications weekly, but please be aware that the state of PA is taking up to 6 months to deliver plates once they receive the order.
